As members of Rotaract Aley, we recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) District 2024, held at Ehden Country Club from April 19th to April 21st. It was an enriching experience that left a lasting impact on each of us.
Nine of our members had the privilege of attending eight sessions packed with valuable insights, delivered by a lineup of inspiring speakers. From the fields of entrepreneurship to leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and teamwork, each session was filled with practical knowledge and wisdom that we are eager to implement in our personal and professional lives.
The highlight of our time at RYLA District 2024 was undoubtedly the gala dinner, where we had the opportunity to connect with fellow participants and exchange ideas. The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm and camaraderie as we shared our experiences and forged new friendships.
We want to thank the organizing team for their dedication and hard work in planning such a memorable event. Their efforts created a supportive environment where we could learn, grow, and network with like-minded individuals.
Special gratitude goes to our DRR Melia and to our District Governor, Bashar Haddad, for their exceptional leadership and vision in bringing together young leaders from across the district.
