In a world driven by innovation and digital influence, Rotaract Aley, in collaboration with De Beyrouth USJ, Beirut Metropolitan, and De Beyrouth Millenium, launched a visionary initiative: Future Shapers—a project designed to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit of young changemakers.
The event united youth, influencers, small businesses, and professional speakers in a dynamic full-day experience aimed at building real-world skills and offering actionable career guidance. From ecommerce and content creation to personal branding and project management, Future Shapers was packed with value—curated for the modern aspiring entrepreneur.

The session opened with a powerful keynote by Dr. David Younes, who unpacked the essentials of digital entrepreneurship, offering a roadmap to starting and scaling an online business. An interactive panel discussion featuring Patrick Daoud, Kamal Nehme, and Jirayr Keshishian gave attendees rare insights into the power—and pitfalls—of social media as a business tool.
Six local brands (Saboon, Lucent by Lynn, Pet Finder, Impearials, Sook, and Frame It) joined the event, showcasing their products in a networking and marketplace zone that connected passion with purpose. In one of the day’s most exciting moments, a $3,000 giveaway sponsored by Obscura awarded five participants with full branding and content creation packages—tools to fast-track their entrepreneurial dreams.
Beyond the workshops and exposure, Future Shapers represents a long-term investment in youth empowerment. It equips attendees with essential skills and connections to navigate today’s complex job market and digital economy. It also stands as a strong candidate for a flagship, recurring project, supporting both Rotaract’s legacy and member engagement through hands-on leadership roles and planning.
