Heartfelt Moments

Bringing Happiness to Children With Special Needs

Heartfelt Moments, led by Project Leader Lena Mhannah under the Community Service Committee directed by Yasmina Azzam, was a project designed with one simple purpose: to bring pure joy to children with special needs. Set in the peaceful outdoor environment of Mountain Park Aley, the day created a warm space filled with laughter, comfort, and genuine human connection.

A Beautiful Day Outdoors

The outing provided children with a chance to enjoy nature, play freely, and engage in activities tailored to their abilities. The environment was welcoming and calm, making it easy for the children to relax, express themselves, and interact comfortably with volunteers.

Throughout the day, a variety of games and group activities brought smiles to every face. Each activity was thoughtfully chosen to promote teamwork, communication, and creativity in a positive and supportive atmosphere. Volunteers spent the day playing and bonding with the children, creating heartfelt moments that everyone will carry with them for a long time.

A Celebration of Inclusion and Compassion

Beyond the joy and entertainment, this project served as a meaningful reminder of the power of empathy and inclusion. It strengthened the bond between the club and the community, highlighting how small acts of kindness can inspire understanding, love, and respect for every individual.

To end the day on a sweet note, the children were gifted biscuits, a simple yet sincere gesture that symbolized care and appreciation.
